| SPORTIFICATES was set up as a direct result of being closely involved in all aspects of youth football for the past 12 years, working with 5 year olds right up to 18 year olds. We are very familiar with the varying needs and requirements of boys and girls from their very first training session at their local club to, for some, entering into the realms of semi-professional and professional football. Its an exciting journey and one which many people are part of.
It was clear that encouragement, praise and reward would play an important part of this process.
